Why I created this day

You've spent the whole year holding everything together — for your family, your work, everyone around you. I know that feeling well, because I lived it for years before my own body finally made me stop and listen.
So every year I create one day that is only about you. No schedule to run, no one to look after, nothing to organise. You arrive, and the whole day is taken care of — the movement, the food, the workshops, all of it!
You don't need any experience. You don't need to bring a friend — most people come on their own, and by morning tea it feels like you've known each other for years. You just need to give yourself the day.
I would love to see you there.

What the day looks like
- 9:00am
Arrive & settle in
A private, resort-style property in Annangrove with plenty of parking. Tea, coffee and a warm welcome.
- Morning
Gentle Pilates matwork
Wake the body up slowly. All levels, no experience needed — every movement can be adapted.
Breathwork & nervous-system techniques
Simple, practical tools you will actually use again — in traffic, before a difficult conversation, at 3am when your mind won't switch off.
Self-care workshop
A guided session with your own workbook to take home — a little structured time to hear yourself think.
- Lunch
Wholesome vegetarian catering
Indian-inspired, generous, and shared around the table. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon refreshments are all included.
- Afternoon
Art therapy & mindful clay work
Hands in clay, no artistic talent required. It's about expression and grounding, not the end product!
Light-hearted guided dancing
A bit of movement, a lot of laughing. Optional — but nobody has ever sat it out.
- 5:00pm
Head home
Lighter, clearer, and home in time for dinner.

This day is for you if…
- You've been running on empty and can't remember your last real day off
- You're feeling physically, emotionally or mentally stretched
- You keep saying "I really should do something for myself" — and never do
- You'd love a reset without the cost or logistics of a weekend away
- Or you simply want a beautiful day of movement, good food and great company
Everyone is welcome — all ages, all fitness levels, any gender. Come alone or bring a friend.
Hosted by Meher Nariman

Meher is the founder of Aurea Health, a wellbeing studio in Sydney's north. For more than ten years she has worked hands-on with bodies and lives under pressure — as a Bowen therapist, clinical Pilates instructor and certified wellbeing coach.
Her path here wasn't a straight line: a decade in a demanding corporate career ended in burnout and illness, and rebuilding her own health became her profession. That experience shapes everything about this day — it's designed by someone who knows exactly what running on empty feels like.
Your investment

A beautiful place to land

The retreat is held at a private, resort-style property at 196 Annangrove Rd, Annangrove — about 40 minutes from Epping, Castle Hill and Hornsby, with easy on-site parking. Landscaped gardens, a large covered gazebo, and space to breathe.
Before you book
01Do I need any Pilates or fitness experience?
None at all. Every session is gentle and fully adaptable — if you can get down onto a mat (and even if you can't!), you can do this day.
02I'd be coming on my own — is that okay?
More than okay — most people do. The day is designed so you never feel like the odd one out.
03What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a light jacket for the morning. Mats, workbooks, clay, materials and all food are provided. A full what-to-bring email goes out the week before.
04What's the food like? Can you cater for my dietary needs?
All catering is vegetarian, Indian-inspired and generous — morning tea, lunch and afternoon refreshments included. Some dairy-free and gluten-free options will be available on the day, and if you follow a strict diet you're very welcome to bring your own food along.
05Is the day suitable for men?
Absolutely — the retreat is open to everyone, and men have already booked.
06What if it rains?
The property has beautiful covered and indoor spaces — the day runs rain or shine.
07How do I book?
Click any "Book your place" button — bookings are handled securely, and you'll receive confirmation once your place is reserved.
The people who need this day most are the ones who keep putting it off.
