 Philosophy behind Wellbeing Coaching
 
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of individuals in the healing space. This experience has shown me, time and again, that the body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected—and that true, lasting transformation can only occur when we honour and address all three together.

With this holistic foundation, my coaching approach is both supportive and strategic. I guide clients through a process of identifying the gaps between where they are and where they want to be, and together, we set meaningful goals to help bridge those gaps—creating clarity, alignment, and real momentum for change.

A lot of stress, pain, tension, and trauma doesn’t just live in the body in isolation of the nervous system. We use breathwork in coaching not to force release, but to help create awareness of the relationship between the pain and an irregulated nervous system in order to feel safe again. This creates optimal conditions where growth, clarity, and emotional integration can happen. For some, simple intentional breaths can shift the body away from chronic tension/pain/overwhelm and into openness and regulation.

Understanding Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing coaching is a forward-focused, empowering process designed for people who are tired of simply coping with their state and are ready to feel better, stronger, and more in control of their life again.

Many people come to Aurea Health after months or years of living with chronic pain, tension, fatigue, or discomfort. Some have tried multiple treatments and pathways but have eventually submitted to their compromised state. Some have been told “nothing is wrong.” Others have simply lost the belief that they can improve and have learned to live with discomfort as their new normal. You may also be someone who has started blaming the ageing process, stress, or life changes like menopause, assuming that this is “just how life is now.”

Often clients also attend coaching not just with thoughts and emotions to explore, but with deep physiological patterns of stress, pain, tension, and long-held survival responses stored in the body. One of the ways we work with the body-mind connection is through intentional breathwork — simple, safe breathing practices that help regulate the nervous system, bring awareness into the body, and support a sense of safety and calm. Breathwork becomes a foundational tool in coaching because it gives you something tangible you can use in the moment to shift nervous system states, reduce stress, and begin accessing deeper emotional patterns in a regulated and supportive way

But wellbeing is not just meant to be survival or being functional. AND your body is not designed to live in constant stress, discomfort, or depletion.

A Wellbeing mindset is not about simply functioning — it is about living optimally. It is the ability of the mind and body to collaborate to regulate into a state of optimal wellness. It is the belief that you still have 'agency' the ability to influence your health, your choices, your habits, your emotional wellbeing, and the way you experience life — even when circumstances feel challenging.

At Aurea Health, coaching is a collaborative partnership that supports you to reconnect with that agency. In a safe, non-judgemental space, we explore what is truly happening beneath the surface — physically, mentally, emotionally, and in the way you lead your everyday life.

Together, we identify what you can change, what you can influence, and what you may need a new relationship with so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence knowing that you have choice.

Wellbeing Coaching takes a holistic and integrative approach, grounded in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit (emotions). Unlike traditional coaching models that may focus on one area in isolation, this method recognises that true growth and transformation come from addressing the whole person.

The Transformative Power of Wellbeing Coaching 

My approach to wellbeing coaching is grounded in genuine connection, intuitive conversation, and a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and seen. I believe that meaningful transformation begins with a compassionate and collaborative relationship.

With nearly a decade of experience as a Bowen Therapist and Pilates Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients on their physical healing journeys. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how closely the body aligns is to the mind and emotions and are virtually intertwined—leading me to expand my experience into the wellbeing coaching space.

I have completed my formal training and certification in Coaching, through which I have developed over 100 hours of coaching experience. This has allowed me to create a well-rounded, integrative program that supports my clients not only physically, but also with the mental and emotional healing process.

I feel truly grateful for the heartfelt results and the encouraging feedback I’ve received. It’s a joy to offer this work, and I look forward to supporting others in creating meaningful, empowered change in their lives.
