 My Philosophy behind Wellbeing Coaching
 
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of individuals in the healing space. This experience has shown me, time and again, that the body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected—and that true, lasting transformation can only occur when we honour and address all three together.

With this holistic foundation, my coaching approach is both supportive and strategic. I guide clients through a process of identifying the gaps between where they are and where they want to be, and together, we set meaningful goals to help bridge those gaps—creating clarity, alignment, and real momentum for change.

Wellbeing Coaching takes a holistic and integrative approach, grounded in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit (emotions). Unlike traditional coaching models that may focus on one area in isolation, this method recognises that true growth and transformation come from addressing the whole person.

In our sessions, we explore what an ideal life looks like for you—identifying gaps, clarifying direction, and setting aligned goals. Through evidence-based frameworks, techniques and reflective practices, we work toward creating a purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling life.

I am a Certified Professional Coach trained through the International Coaching Institute—Australia’s most awarded and respected coaching school—aligned with the International Coach Guild’s high standards and offering pathways to Nationally Recognised Training.

My approach to wellbeing coaching is grounded in genuine connection, intuitive conversation, and a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and seen. I believe that meaningful transformation begins with a compassionate and collaborative relationship.

With nearly a decade of experience as a Bowen Therapist and Pilates Coach, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients on their physical healing journeys. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how closely the mind, body, and emotions are intertwined—leading me to expand my work into the coaching space.

More recently, I completed formal training and certification in Life Coaching, through which I have developed over 100 hours of coaching experience. This has allowed me to create a well-rounded, integrative program that supports my clients not only physically, but also with the mental and emotional healing process.

I feel truly grateful for the heartfelt results and the encouraging feedback I’ve received. It’s a joy to offer this work, and I look forward to supporting others in creating meaningful, empowered change in their lives.
